To further enhance security and serve you better, we have implemented Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for our Customer Care Hotline (+65 6880 4888), starting from 16 September 2024.

If you’re an existing customer, an SMS with a 6-digit One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number registered in our records.
